Bedrock Policies
- Client assumes all responsibility when allowing Bedrock to load or unload their vehicle
- All Calculations are approximate
- Michigan Law- All loads must be tarped
- Prices subject to change without notice. Current price will be charged at time of purchase.
- We will not cut natural stone
- Order discrepancies must be noted on day of delivery or at time of pickup
- No smoking allowed in the stores, barns, or by mulch bins
- Children must remain with adult at all times.
- Returns must be made within 30 days
- Bulk items- Final Sale!!
- We are not responsible for driveway damage
- All stones will have fines and dust due to crushing process at the pits
- NOT REFUNDABLE- Bulk, Dated, Dirty or sale items, un-banded brick, special orders, re-banded bricks or material, shrink wrapped bricks or material. Natural wall, flag, steps and outcropping. Brick or Wall Stone products
- 25% restocking fee on returnable items
- NO RETURNS WITHOUT RECIEPT. No exceptions
- Refund for check purchases must wait ten (10) Business days. A $35 return fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
- If refund Is allowed, refund will be given the same way paid, except for cash refunds over $25.00, then a check will be issued.
- Pallets require a deposit at the time of purchase and will be refunded on return (Minus $1.00 manufacturer fee per pallet on return)
- We will help figure quantities but are not responsible for errors or omissions.
- Loads may differ in color due to conditions out of our control.
- Due to elements of Michigan weather Bedrock Express will not be held responsible or warranty against deterioration of our natural boulders or quarry stone products from freeze and thaw cycles: and does not guarantee or imply that they will hold up in Michigan winters.
